1 tsp Old Bay seasoning

Topping:

1 cup (100g) Panko breadcrumbs

1/4 cup (25g) grated Parmesan

1. SautƩ the veggies & shrimp:

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Sauté onion, bell pepper, celery, and garlic until soft (~5 mins).

AddĀ shrimpĀ and cook just until pink (~2-3 mins). Remove from heat.
2. Make the creamy sauce:
