How to Make Popcorn Shrimp
Ingredients:

1 lb (450g) small shrimp, peeled and deveined

1 cup all-purpose flour

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp paprika

½ tsp salt

½ tsp black pepper

½ tsp cayenne pepper (optional, for heat)

2 eggs, beaten

1 cup breadcrumbs or panko

Oil for frying (or use an air fryer)
Instructions:

Prep Shrimp: Pat shrimp dry with paper towels. If they’re large, cut them into smaller pieces.

Breading Stations:

Bowl 1: Mix flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, pepper, and cayenne.

Bowl 2: Beat eggs.

Bowl 3: Place breadcrumbs.

Coat Shrimp:

Dredge shrimp in flour mixture.

Dip in beaten eggs.

Coat with breadcrumbs.

Fry or Bake:

Deep Fry: Heat oil to 350°F (175°C) and fry shrimp for 2-3 minutes until golden. Drain on paper towels.

Air Fry: Spray with oil and cook at 400°F (200°C) for 6-8 minutes, shaking halfway.

Bake: Place on a greased baking sheet at 400°F (200°C) for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway.
