1. Prep the Tails

Butterfly the tails: With kitchen shears, cut the top shell lengthwise down the middle. Gently pry open and lift the meat to sit on top of the shell (keep attached at the tail end).

Pat dry and season lightly with salt, pepper, and paprika.
2. Make the Lemon Garlic Butter

In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, and parsley.

Broiler/Oven Method:

Preheat broiler to HIGH.

Place tails on a baking sheet, brush generously with butter mix.

Broil 5-8 mins (1 min per oz of tail) until meat is opaque.
Grill Method:

Brush grill grates with oil.

Grill tails shell-side down first (3 mins), then flip and baste with butter. Cook 2-3 mins more.
Air Fryer Hack:

Air fry at 375°F (190°C) for 5-6 mins, basting halfway.
