Ingredients

2 cups leftover stuffing (or 1 cup stuffing + 1 cup mashed potatoes)

1½ cups shredded cooked turkey

1 egg, beaten (or 2 tbsp mayo for binding)

½ cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or Parmesan)

2 tbsp gravy or cranberry sauce (for moisture)

1 tsp poultry seasoning or dried herbs (optional)

Salt & pepper to taste
For Coating (Pick One):

1 cup panko breadcrumbs (for crunch)

½ cup flour (for pan-frying)

Instructions
1. Mix & Shape

In a bowl, combine stuffing, turkey, egg, cheese, gravy, and seasoning.

Roll into golf ball-sized balls (moisten hands if sticky).
2. Coat & Cook
Option 1: Pan-Fry

Roll balls in flour, then fry in 2 tbsp oil over medium heat until golden (3-4 mins per side).
Option 2: Bake

Roll in panko, place on a greased tray, and bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20-25 mins, flipping halfway.
Option 3: Air Fry

Spritz with oil and air fry at 375°F (190°C) for 10-12 mins, shaking once.
