Ingredients (Makes 4 burgers)
For the Burgers:

1 lb (450g) ground beef (80/20 blend for juiciness)

For the Teriyaki Glaze:

1 tbsp cornstarch + 1 tbsp water (for thickening, optional)
Instructions

Make the Teriyaki Glaze:

In a small saucepan, combine teriyaki sauce, brown sugar, rice vinegar, garlic, and ginger.

Simmer over medium heat for 3-4 mins.

For a thicker glaze, mix cornstarch + water, stir into sauce, and cook another 1-2 mins until glossy. Set aside.
