Ingredients:

1 lb (450 g) large shrimp, peeled & deveined

4 tbsp unsalted butter

4 cloves garlic, minced

2 tbsp olive oil

½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional, for a little heat)

½ tsp paprika (optional, for color)

Salt & black pepper, to taste

2 tbsp lemon juice (freshly squeezed)

2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
Instructions:

Prep Shrimp: Pat shrimp dry with paper towels. Season lightly with salt, pepper, and paprika.

Cook Garlic: In a large skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and 2 tbsp butter. Once melted, add garlic and sautĆ© for about 30 seconds until fragrant (donāt let it burn).
