Ingredients:
- 2 slices thick bread (sourdough, brioche, or Texas toast)
- 2 tbsp softened butter (or mayo for extra crispiness!)
- 1 cup shredded cheese (mix cheddar + mozzarella for maximum melt)

- Thinly sliced tomato

Instructions:
1️⃣ Butter & Cheese
