Ingredients (Serves 2)

2 cod fillets (fresh or thawed)

1 cup all-purpose flour

½ tsp salt

¼ tsp black pepper

1 egg, beaten

1 cup breadcrumbs (panko for extra crunch)

Instructions
1. Prep the Cod

Pat fillets very dry (key for crispiness!).
