🍝 Creamy Chicken Pasta
Ingredients

2 chicken breasts (or thighs), cut into bite-sized pieces

2 tbsp olive oil

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 small onion, diced

1 bell pepper, sliced (optional)

2 cups heavy cream (or 1 cup cream + 1 cup milk for lighter version)

1 cup chicken broth
-
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 tsp Italian seasoning (or oregano + basil mix)

½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional, for a little kick)

Salt & black pepper, to taste

12 oz (340g) pasta (penne, fettuccine, or your favorite)

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions

Cook pasta – Boil in salted water until al dente. Drain, reserve ½ cup pasta water.

Cook chicken – Season chicken with salt & pepper. Heat olive oil in a large skillet, cook chicken until golden and fully cooked. Remove and set aside.

Make sauce – In same skillet, sauté onion and garlic until fragrant. Add bell pepper if using. Stir in chicken broth and cream, simmer for 5 minutes.

Add cheese & seasoning – Stir in Parmesan, Italian seasoning, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper. Simmer until sauce thickens slightly.
