1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 sheet (9×9 in) puff pastry, thawed

Instructions
1. Cook the Filling

In a skillet over medium heat, brown the sausage, breaking it into small pieces.

Add onion and garlic; cook until softened (about 5 mins).

Drain excess fat, then stir in Italian seasoning, paprika, and pepper.

Remove from heat and mix in cheddar, mozzarella, and cream cheese. Let cool slightly.
2. Assemble the Rolls

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Roll out the puff pastry sheet slightly (about 10×12 inches).

Spread the sausage mixture evenly over the pastry, leaving a ½-inch border.

Tightly roll into a log (starting from the long side). Seal the edge with a bit of egg wash.
3. Slice & Bake

Cut the log into 1-inch thick slices (about 12 pieces).
