🌯 Cheeseburger Wraps
Ingredients (makes 4 wraps)
-
1 lb ground beef (or ground turkey)
-
½ small onion, finely diced
-
2 cloves garlic, minced
-
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
-
Salt & black pepper, to taste
-
4 large flour tortillas (burrito size)
-
1 cup shredded cheddar or American cheese slices
-
½ cup diced pickles (or relish)
-
½ cup shredded lettuce
-
½ cup diced tomato
-
¼ cup ketchup
-
2 tbsp mustard
-
2 tbsp mayonnaise (optional)
Instructions
-
Cook beef → In a skillet, brown ground beef with onion and garlic. Drain excess grease. Stir in Worcestershire, salt, and pepper.
-
Warm tortillas → Microwave or heat on a skillet for a few seconds to make them pliable.
-
Assemble wraps → Spread a little ketchup, mustard, and mayo on each tortilla. Add beef mixture, cheese, pickles, lettuce, and tomato.
-
Fold & grill → Fold tortillas tightly into wraps. Place seam-side down in a hot skillet for 2–3 minutes per side until golden and cheese melts.
-
Serve → Slice in half and enjoy with fries, chips, or a side salad.
✨ Variations:
-
Bacon cheeseburger wrap → Add crispy bacon strips.
-
Big Mac style → Use shredded lettuce, pickles, diced onions, American cheese, and “special sauce.”
-
Low-carb option → Swap tortilla for a large lettuce leaf.
