Instructions
1. Brown the Beef

Toss beef cubes with flour, salt, and pepper.

Heat oil in a Dutch oven or heavy pot. Brown beef in batches (don’t overcrowd). Remove and set aside.
2. Sauté Aromatics

In the same pot, sauté onion, garlic, and bell pepper until soft (~5 mins).

Return beef to the pot. Add tomatoes, broth, cumin, oregano, chili powder, and bay leaf.
