Bacon Cheeseburger Rice
A hearty, one-pan meal that combines all the flavors of a bacon cheeseburger with fluffy rice—quick, easy, and family-approved!

1 cup uncooked long-grain white rice

Instructions
1️⃣ Cook the Bacon

In a large skillet or Dutch oven, cook chopped bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove with a slotted spoon, leaving the drippings in the pan.

Add ground beef and onion to the bacon grease. Cook until beef is browned and onion is soft (about 5 minutes). Stir in garlic and cook 30 seconds until fragrant.
3️⃣ Toast the Rice

Stir in uncooked rice and cook for 1-2 minutes, letting it soak up the flavors.
4️⃣ Simmer

Pour in beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, smoked paprika, and black pepper. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer for 15-18 minutes, or until rice is tender.
5️⃣ Add Cheese & Bacon

Remove from heat. Sprinkle shredded cheese over the top, then cover and let melt for 2 minutes. Stir in half the cooked bacon.
