🍌 Sheet Pan Banana Bread
Ingredients (makes ~20 squares)

2 cups mashed ripe bananas (about 4 medium)

½ cup unsalted butter, melted (or neutral oil)

1 cup brown sugar (or white sugar)

2 cups all-purpose flour

Instructions

Prep Pan & Oven

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

Grease and line a 10×15-inch sheet pan (jelly roll pan) with parchment paper.

Make Batter

In a large bowl, whisk together mashed bananas, melted butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla.

Stir in sour cream (or yogurt).

In another bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.

Fold in nuts or chocolate chips if using.
