12 oz linguine or spaghetti

1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined

Instructions

Cook pasta:

Boil salted water and cook pasta until al dente. Drain and reserve ½ cup pasta water.

Cook shrimp:

Heat olive oil and 2 tablespoons butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
