🥘 Ingredients (serves 3–4)

1 lb (450 g) steak (sirloin, ribeye, or tenderloin), cut into 1-inch cubes

1 ½ lbs baby potatoes (or regular potatoes, diced into small chunks)

3 tbsp olive oil (divided)

4 tbsp unsalted butter

4 garlic cloves, minced

1 tsp fresh thyme (or ½ tsp dried)

1 tsp fresh rosemary (or ½ tsp dried)

1. Cook the Potatoes

Heat 2 tbsp olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add potatoes, season with salt and pepper.

2. Sear the Steak
