Ingredients:

1 lb ground beef (or chicken/turkey)

1 packet taco seasoning (or homemade mix)

1 cup shredded cheddar or Mexican cheese blend

1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)

2 tbsp salsa (optional, inside filling)

1 tbsp olive oil or melted butter (for brushing)

Sour cream, guacamole, or extra salsa (for dipping)
Instructions:

Cook Filling – In a skillet, brown ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess fat. Stir in taco seasoning + a splash of water. Simmer until thickened. Remove from heat.

Prep Dough – Flatten each biscuit into a 4–5 inch circle.
