Ingredients (Serves 2–3)

2 large chicken breasts, boneless and skinless

Salt and black pepper, to taste

1/2 tsp garlic powder (optional)

2 tbsp olive oil or vegetable oil

3 tbsp honey

2 tbsp soy sauce

1 tbsp lemon juice or apple cider vinegar

2 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 tsp ginger, grated (optional)

Instructions

Prepare the Chicken

Pat chicken breasts dry with a paper towel.

Season both sides with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.

Cook the Chicken

Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Add chicken breasts and cook for 5–6 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F / 75°C).
