🥘 Ingredients (serves 3–4)

1 lb (450 g) chicken breast or thighs, cut into bite-sized pieces

2 medium potatoes, peeled and cut into small cubes

2 tbsp vegetable oil

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 small onion, sliced

3 tbsp soy sauce

2 tbsp honey
-
1 tbsp oyster sauce (optional)

½ tsp black pepper

½ tsp red chili flakes (optional)

1–2 green onions, sliced for garnish

Sesame seeds for garnish (optional)

Cook Potatoes

Heat 1 tbsp oil in a large skillet or wok over medium heat.

Add potato cubes and cook 10–12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden and tender. Remove and set aside.

Cook Chicken

In the same skillet, heat remaining oil.

Add chicken pieces and cook 5–7 minutes until lightly browned and cooked through.
