Slow Cooker Teriyaki Chicken
Ingredients

2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts (or thighs for juicier meat)

½ cup low-sodium soy sauce

⅓ cup honey (or brown sugar)

¼ cup rice vinegar (or apple cider vinegar)

2 tbsp sesame oil (or vegetable oil)

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated (or 1 tsp ground ginger)

2 tbsp cornstarch + 2 tbsp water (for thickening)

2 tbsp sesame seeds (for garnish)

2 green onions, sliced (for garnish)
Instructions
1. Prepare the Sauce

In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger.
2. Slow Cook
