1 cup (90g) rolled oats (blended into oat flour*)

*To make oat flour: Blend rolled oats in a food processor until fine.
Instructions
1. Prep & Mix Dough:

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Add oat flour, baking powder, salt, and mix-ins (if using). Stir until combined.
2. Shape & Bake:

Scoop 1.5-tbsp portions of dough (use a cookie scoop or spoon) and roll into balls.
