Ingredients (2 wraps)
For the Filling:

½ lb (225g) ground beef (80/20 for juiciness)

1 tbsp minced onion (or ½ tsp onion powder)

Salt & black pepper to taste

2 large flour tortillas (or lettuce wraps for low-carb)

¼ cup shredded iceberg lettuce

2 tbsp finely diced white onion

2 slices American cheese (or cheddar)

4-6 dill pickle slices
For the Big Mac Sauce:

3 tbsp mayonnaise

1 tbsp sweet pickle relish

1 tsp yellow mustard

½ tsp white vinegar

½ tsp paprika

½ tsp garlic powder
-
½ tsp onion powder
Instructions
1. Cook the Beef:

In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook ground beef and minced onion, breaking it into small crumbles. Season with salt & pepper. Drain excess fat.
2. Make the Sauce:

Mix all sauce ingredients in a small bowl.
3. Assemble the Wraps:

Warm tortillas slightly (optional).

Spread 1 tbsp sauce down the center of each tortilla.
