Instructions:
1. Prep & Mix Dry Ingredients:

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch round cake pan or line with parchment paper.

In a bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.
2. Cream Butter, Cream Cheese & Sugar:

In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, butter, and sugar until light and fluffy (3–4 mins).

Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each. Stir in vanilla.
3. Alternate Dry & Wet Ingredients:

Gradually add the flour mixture and milk in batches, starting and ending with flour. Mix until just combined (don’t overmix).
