2 tbsp garlic paste (or 4 cloves minced garlic)
-
1 tsp Italian seasoning

½ cup (50g) grated Parmesan (for topping)
📌 Instructions
1️⃣ Make the Filling:
-
In a bowl, mix crab, shrimp, cream cheese, Parmesan, mozzarella, garlic, Old Bay, lemon juice, parsley, red pepper flakes, salt & pepper until well combined.
2️⃣ Assemble the Bombs:

-
Garlic butter: Mix melted butter, garlic paste, and Italian seasoning. Brush over the stuffed bread.
-
Top: Sprinkle with extra Parmesan.
3️⃣ Bake or Air Fry:
-
Oven (400°F/200°C): Bake 12-15 mins until golden and bubbly.
-
Air Fryer (375°F/190°C): Cook 8-10 mins (in batches).
4️⃣ Serve:
Garnish with extra parsley and serve with lemon wedges, marinara, or spicy aioli.
