Honey Butter Skillet Corn 🌽🍯

Ingredients (Serves 4–6)

4 cups fresh, frozen, or canned corn kernels (drained if using canned)

3 tbsp butter

2 tbsp honey (or maple syrup)

1/2 tsp salt (or to taste)

1/4 tsp black pepper

1/4 tsp smoked paprika (optional, for depth)

1 tbsp fresh lime juice or lemon juice (brightens the flavor)

1–2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley, cilantro, or chives (for garnish)
Instructions

Cook the corn:

In a large skillet (cast iron works great!), melt butter over medium heat.

Add corn kernels and sauté for 5–7 minutes (if frozen, cook 8–10 mins) until tender and slightly golden.

Add honey & seasonings:

Stir in honey, salt, pepper, and smoked paprika (if using). Cook another 2–3 minutes, stirring often, until glossy and lightly caramelized.

Finish & serve:

Remove from heat and stir in lime juice. Taste and adjust salt/honey.

Garnish with fresh herbs and serve warm!
