Ingredients *(Serves 8-10)*
For the Seafood Filling:

1 lb medium shrimp (peeled, deveined, chopped)

1 egg

½ cup grated Parmesan

For the White Wine Sauce:

4 tbsp butter
-
¼ cup flour
-
2 cups whole milk (warmed)

½ cup heavy cream
-
½ cup seafood stock (or chicken broth)

¼ cup white wine (optional)

½ tsp garlic powder
Additional:

9-12 no-boil lasagna noodles

1 cup shredded Italian cheese blend (for topping)

Instructions
1. Prep the Seafood

In a skillet, melt 2 tbsp butter over medium heat. Sauté garlic until fragrant (30 sec).

Add shrimp, cooking 2-3 minutes until pink. Deglaze with white wine, simmering 1 minute.

Stir in crab, Old Bay, paprika, and parsley. Remove from heat; set aside.
2. Make the Cheese Mixture

In a bowl, combine ricotta, egg, Parmesan, mozzarella, nutmeg, salt, and pepper.
3. Prepare the White Wine Sauce

Melt 4 tbsp butter in a saucepan. Whisk in flour to form a roux (1-2 mins).

Gradually whisk in milk, cream, stock, and wine. Simmer until thickened (5 mins).

Stir in garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Remove from heat.
4. Assemble the Lasagna

Layer 1: Spread ½ cup sauce in a 9×13″ baking dish. Add a layer of noodles.

Layer 2: Spread ½ ricotta mixture, then ½ seafood filling, and ½ cup sauce.

Repeat: Noodles → remaining ricotta → seafood → sauce.

5. Bake
