Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a muffin tin or line with paper liners.

Mix dry ingredients: In a bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.

Mix wet ingredients: In another bowl, whisk milk, sugar, egg, melted butter, and vanilla.

Combine: Gently fold wet ingredients into dry until just combined (don’t overmix).
