1 (10.5 oz) can cream of chicken soup

1 cup milk (or beef broth for richer flavor)

1 tbsp soy sauce (optional, for depth)

4 cups sliced potatoes (or frozen hash browns for quicker prep)

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1. Prep the Hamburger Steaks

Mix ground beef, onion, breadcrumbs, egg, Worcestershire, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

2. Sear the Patties
