Fresh Cucumber Lemonade
A crisp, hydrating twist on classic lemonade—perfect for hot summer days!
🥒 Ingredients (Serves 4)

1 large cucumber, peeled and chopped (about 2 cups)

¾ cup fresh lemon juice (~4–5 lemons)

¼–½ cup honey or sugar (adjust to taste)

🍹 Instructions

Blend the cucumber with 1 cup water until smooth. Strain through a fine sieve (optional for clearer lemonade).

In a pitcher, mix cucumber juice, lemon juice, honey/sugar, and remaining water. Stir until sweetener dissolves.

Add mint or ginger (if using) and refrigerate 1 hour for flavors to meld.

Serve over ice, garnished with cucumber slices, lemon wedges, or mint.
