4 (6 oz) cod fillets (or other white fish like haddock)

3 tbsp melted butter (or olive oil)

4 garlic cloves, minced

1 lemon (zested + sliced into rounds)

½ tsp paprika

Salt & black pepper to taste

1️⃣ Prep & Season

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
