Ingredients

For the Sauce:

½ cup beef broth (low-sodium)

2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

2 tbsp brown sugar

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 tbsp cornstarch + 2 tbsp water (for thickening, optional)

Instructions
1. Sear the Steak (Optional but Recommended)

Heat olive oil in a skillet over high heat.

Season steak bites with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.

Sear for 1-2 minutes per side until browned (don’t cook through). Transfer to the crockpot.
2. Layer Ingredients

Add onions, mushrooms, and bell peppers (if using) to the crockpot.

In a bowl, whisk together beef broth, soy sauce, Worcestershire, brown sugar, and garlic. Pour over steak.
3. Slow Cook to Perfection
