1 lb (450g) large shrimp, peeled & deveined (tail-on optional)

3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

4 garlic cloves, minced

1 tbsp Cajun seasoning (adjust to heat preference)

½ tsp paprika

½ tsp dried oregano

¼ tsp red pepper flakes (optional, for extra heat)

Instructions
1. Prep Shrimp

Pat shrimp dry and place in a bowl.
2. Make Cajun Sauce

Whisk together melted butter, olive oil, garlic, Cajun seasoning, paprika, oregano, red pepper flakes, lemon juice, and salt.
3. Bake
