Ingredients (Serves 4)
6 large eggs
1 cup (115g) shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or Swiss)
2 slices bread, torn into small pieces (or 1 cup cubed stale bread)
Salt & pepper to taste

½ cup diced ham, cooked bacon, or sausage
¼ cup spinach, bell peppers, or mushrooms

Instructions
